Why would somebody get XP now if Vista is out? I don't understand. Can somebody explain it to me?

I want Windows XP on mine. There are several reasons that someone could choose windows XP over Vista. My reason it simply that it uses less memory. I don't wanna have to buy more. With Vista, it often required that you add more memory.
